I need make-up advice; you know, like how to apply blush and stuff like that. Any advice?

If your just starting to wear make-up, you should only wear things like eye shadow, mascara, blush, and lip gloss. Maybe foundation if you can find the right kind. Here's some tips for all of those:

Eye Shadow: When applying eye shadow always use a small brush to ensure you put it on correctly. Always put a lighter color in the crease of your eye lid, and a darker shade a little higher above that. Never where blue eyeshadow or a dark green. Also when using dark pink, use it lightly, a red shade never looks good on the eyes.

Mascara: Applying mascara isn't as difficult as some people make it. Start out with a smaller brush, I suggest Clinique mascara, sold at Macy's, Dilliards and at some JCPenny's. If you open your mouth wide while applying mascara your eyes will grow wider so it's easier to apply that mascara. I usually look up when applying my mascara, it makes it easier. Once you have put on your mascara blink a couple of times and if it causes any smudges get a wet wash cloth and carefully get rid of the smudges.

Blush: Blush all depends on your skin tone. If your fair skinned, then use a light pink shade, especially in the spring like now. Using a large, wide brush helps when putting on blush. If you are tan then use a darker blush, pink on tan doesn't look good most of the time. I would apply this with a smaller brush. Also when applying any blush always smile a little bit, it lifts your cheek bones which helps a lot.

Lip Gloss: Use bright pink in the summer or the spring. In the fall or the winter use a color that looks brown in the bottle, but those colors don't really look like that on. When using lip gloss open your mouth for less smudges, also rub your lips together once or twice, but not too many times, or else the lip gloss will wear down and won't be noticeable.

Foundation: Foundation is a complicated make up tool, because everyone has different skin. Since I don't know what you look like I can't tell you what the best foundation for you would be. But, go to your local drug store (Walgreens, CVS Pharmacy, Ect.) and compare their foundations on your skin. Some foundations might look good when you put them on, but go under a florescent light in the store and see if it looks orange. If your just now wearing foundation find one of the foundations that adapt your skin tone. These are the kind you rub until it blends with your skin, these work well.

Hope this helps!I need make-up advice; you know, like how to apply blush and stuff like that. Any advice?
Firstly you have to find colors that suit you.

If your using foundation go for a color that is a tiny bit darker than your natural skin color, then apply dots of it on your chin, nose, cheeks and forehead, make sure your are in good light and smooth over your skin, the light ensures it is even.

Next blush, i use a brown blush that is similar to my foundation, suck in your cheeks and apply the blush lightly to the part just above where your cheek sucks in.

Next would be eyeliner (if your are going to use it) black or brown is usually best, it suits everyone and looks more natural, apply it to the inside part of you bottom lid ( 3/4 of the way to make your eyes look bigger) then thinly over the top of your lashes.

Next apply a eyeshadow that suits your color ( naturals like brown, cream for blue, greens for darker eyes), start from your outer eye and work towards your nose.

Apply black or dark brown mascara, thickly to your lashes without clumping it, so apply it bit by bit, go over them a few times.

and your done

apply gloss to your lips if you want, but with big pretty eyes keep lips simple.I need make-up advice; you know, like how to apply blush and stuff like that. Any advice?
When applying blush, smile, and work the brush into a circular motion over the apples of your cheeks. Do it lightly and quickly, because if you press to hard or overdo it, it'll look unappealing (like heavy, dark, cakey, etc.)

Um, you didn't specify anything else so I'll just run through some simple tips:

Eyeshadow:

Light colors highlight your brow bone and/or ball of your eye.

Medium colors are applied all over the lid.

Dark colors are applied on the crease.

Liquid Foundation:

When applying foundation, ONLY cover red spots, dark spots, and other blemishes. Try to avoid covering your whole face.

Powder Foundation:

Apply foundation lightly and moderately AFTER applying liquid foundation. It CAN look cakey if you apply it heavily, so be careful.

Lips:

I like to apply chapstick before doing anything with my lips, to assure my lips are moisturized. It's really simple when you apply lipstick. Just follow your lips natural lip line, and if you want bigger lips (oh gosh, never go too big!) then use a lip liner to extend your lip's line.

That's all I can think of off the top of my head. G'luck.
