Anyone have any advice on how to achieve pregnancy?

everyone around me is complaining that they are pregnant or might be... thats my goal any thing other than lots of sex... because i have been practicing that... and not getting no where... HELP!! I really want a baby...Anyone have any advice on how to achieve pregnancy?
Ok when having sex dont use any lubricant except pre~seed which is sperm safe lub, which you can get online or egg whites if your cheap but that can get messy and sticky and it dries fast, not worth it if you ask me.





Keep track of your ovulation have sex before, during, and after you ovulate. When you ovulate you will have a clear vaginal discharge that looks and feels like egg whites and there will be A LOT of it.





Go to the bathroom before you have sex =)








when having sex lay down on your back and have your partner on top








also prop your hips up with a pillow during or after sex to help the little soldiers move along (his sperm)





stay laying on your back for 30 minutes to an hour to give the sperm a chance to move up to the egg, while having the pillow elevate your hips (myself just to be on the safe side i stayed laying for an hour, just to be sure)








This method usually works pretty well, everyone who i have sugested this to has gotten pregnant withing 6 months or less of trying





also make sure to eat healthy and take prenatil vitimins to help your body prepare for pregnancy

ADD: My fiance and I had trouble getting pregnant we had been trying for almost 2 years with no luck, and after trying this method we got pregnant first time around, it works wonder, if used like described above, also i went online and used the fertility calculator, which estimated my most fertal days, from tracking the dates of my period, and along with tracking my ovualtion and watching my vaginal discharge, we had sex on the days that were suggested and it worked the first time around. For a while there i was beguining to think i was infertile, and i mean i tried almost every trick int he book to get pregnant, and now i am 13 weeks and due september 20th =)

The best way i would say would be to buy a opk, they really do work! im TTC also, and im on my ovulation week! im anxious to find out! Good luck !
