squeeze a stress ball thing.
play a sport.
talk to friends.
distract yourself.

When i'm stressed I pretty much do whatever will make me happy, so I tell you to do the exact same thing: Do whatever makes YOU happy!!! If that means watching a movie that you haven't seen in a while, or listening to a good song, cooking something for yourself to eat, or just tuning everything and everybody out and making it all about you.... Hope this helps!!!
Light smoke candles, listen to music, smoke a joint... etc.
you'll feel better in no time.
yoga, music, biofeedback, meditation, taking a walk with or without music, take a bath, talk to someone, take a drive through the country in your car...
