I need to lose some weight, but im not sure how, advice?

but heres the thing, my parents dont always buy the healthiest things and im tempted to eat them, also i have asthma (not very bad) but when i run on the tredmill i have trouble sticking to it and actually doing a few times a week because im not good at it. and i usually eat schools lunch which im sure is not good, also im not a real big fan of salad's and very many vegitables but fruits dont bother me. but also im usually very hungry and i love sweets( oreo's, ice cream, anything that taste good) so any advice how to shed a few pounds?I need to lose some weight, but im not sure how, advice?
Well, first of all, sadly, those sweets that you love have to go....(it's so not fair that sweet things are packed full of calories and really don't have enough nutrition to counter the calories and fat) If you limit or completely remove all sweet foods, including sodas, you will have a good start. I have asthma too and can't run, so I ride a stationary bike and am planning to take up swimming. Just try to force yourself to get 30 minutes or more of some kind of exercise every day. Friends can help too--I'm asking my best friend to ask me every day if I've gone swimming or not and to strongly reprimend me if I haven't. Find some vegetables that you do like and maybe try some you've never tried before (you might find more that you like) and ask your Mom if she can keep some of those and fruit on hand for you to snack. I'm sure your parents will be willing to help you if you ask them. As far as being very hungry....well, I've heard that drinking water often throughout the day helps hold back hunger (although, I've also read that it doesn't help at all--experts...they're always changing their minds) and if you need to chew something, try some gum that's *good* for you. because u have asthma u should breathe out of ur nose


try not snacking at times you dont need to eat


like if ur hungry eat but eat a limit amount


also try to stay active so ur mind would be off food and ull be loosing weighT


go to mall-walking


park-walking,running,jogging, etc.


wii- moving alot hand excersice and feet excersice for ddr
