it took me a long time to realize this and i thought it was stupid at first but the only thing you always have total control over in a situation is your reaction to it. something will only be scarry if u tell yourself it is, a disaster is only a disaster if you freak out about it. try to stay calm and work on being above your fears, etc, and trust that things will work themselves out on their own as a means of reducing stressAny advice on how to beat stress/fears/anxieties, Instead of having it beat you..??

Face your fears! You have to realize it's really all in your head. Nothing is going to happen, you'll be fine! You have to relax and breathe through things. When you think you can't do something, tell yourself you can and do it! It's working for me.
I am afraid to eat in restaurants because of a chocking incident, and I'm afraid to drive on the freeway. Both of which I have done many times before... I make myself do it so I can see that I'm fine. It's mind over matter! You can do whatever you put your mind to!
