Advice on how to ask my parents to borrow money???for a fine??

I am 19 yr old the guy in question is 18.It is a Indecent exposure fine that we both got.Neither one of us can afford to pay because we dont work (college students living on an allowance).I really dont want to tell my parents what the fine is for.He had no pants or under wear on and i only had on a bra.We were at a park and got caught by little kids sledding because we were outside.I have a court date as well! I have no idea what to do?Advice on how to ask my parents to borrow money???for a fine??
Well, do you have a job? If not, what choice do you have? Maybe if you tell them now, they can get you some help for your problem. Well, make sure you go to court with clothes on and face your penalties like a grownup. You are an adult and don't need mommy or daddy. Thats what grown folks do.
Well, you could ask the judge if you could do community severvice work to work off the fine. That would be one way to handle it. Though I don't know that they would grant you that.





The only other option is just to tell your parents what you did, live through the humiliation, and eventually it will pass and they will forgive you.





Sometimes we make wrong decisions and sometimes they follow us for the rest of our lives and sometimes not. I think later on your parents might look back on this and laugh, maybe not now or not for a while, but you would probably do best just to ask





Not only that you could sign a contract with your parents to pay the money back. When you are out of school and you are working.





Then keep up your end of the bargin. It will be OK you should be able to go to your parents about anything. Even if what you did was kind of wrong and dumb they are your parents and they will forgive you.
Well, you reap what you sow. If you were my kid, you'd have a job already...but rest assured, your parents should and probably will find a way to make you pay for this own your own, through chores or a job. If this is what you choose to do while under your parents roof and with them paying for your college, you have made a very unadult choice. You are 19 years old-an adult I might add, I suggest you act like it.
don't have sex in public. tell your parents and deal with the repercussions. don't do the crime if you aren't willing to do the time be glad you aren't facing criminal charges

Make the request first to see if they are going to say yes or no,if they ask what it is for.Then before you tell them explain that you made a mistake,that it's not something you're proud of and that it's taught you something (whether it has or hasn't is another matter) then say that it's for legal matters,if that fails then bite the bullet and explain exactly what the fine is.





Basically at the end of the day,you're adults your old enough to make your own choices and it's not up to others to judge you,people arn't perfect and the only way we grow is to learn from our mistakes.





And however much you might like to ignore don't forget that your parents were young once too.
The court will let you set up payments. Either get a job, or try to get them low enough your allowance will cover it. Go to court dressed nicely and be VERY polite to the judge. When they let you speak in your defense, say how genuinely sorry you are and how stupid it was. If you have to tell you parents, i would tell your mom first. Have him tell his dad. Good luck.
