I faintly remember that Jesus Christ told us to love our enemies...


and the media makes the illegal's look like our enemies since that is where American's only get their information from, but we are all children of god.. What would Christ do in this situation?How come American's don't take Christ's advice to love thy neighbor (illegal aliens)?
Vietnam, we have been and are the most tolerant of all people on the face of the planet. Approximately 15 million folks from our neighbor to the South have come into this country seeking work and a better life. However, now, our hospitals are closing their doors, literally shutting down because of the overload they can no longer afford. Our schools, our courts our jails, are reaching the same condition. Where do we draw the line? When do we say, enough? When my wife from Germany was naturalized, the judge required her to take an oath to resist foreign invasion, which she did. But now she asks me, why was I required to swear to defend this country when my own government is failing to do it? I cannot answer her. I dont know. What would Christ do? He would most likely say: ';Render unto Ceasar those things which are his'; and obey the laws.How come American's don't take Christ's advice to love thy neighbor (illegal aliens)?
He would ';render unto Cesar what is Cesar's'; (Another Christ quote) meaning obey the law of the land in which you choose to live. I am not against people immigrating to the US. At some point in time all of us or our ancestors immigrated here. Even you, American Indians, you just got here first. But there is a reason we call them ILLEGAL aliens. That is because what they are doing is against our law. You choose to live in this country great, come on in. But do it LEGALLY. Pay your taxes. Enjoy everything this country has to offer. But pay your admission price like the rest of us. My grandparents came to this country from Ireland....legally. So I am the last to say immigration is a bad thing. Think of America as your house. Mexico is your neighbor. You get along with Mexico pretty well. But does that mean Mexico is welcome to just walk in your door anytime they want and raid the fridge for a beer? No, Mexico needs to be a good neighboor, knock, be invited in and then ask, ';Hey do you mind if I grab a beer out of your fridge, that you paid for?'; So over all, I say, C'mon in Mexico. Knock on the door. Let's be neighboors. I'll share my beer. But just ask. Don't be sneaking in my window drinking up all my Guiness while no one is looking. Render unto Cesar what is Cesar's and love thy neighbor.





And BTW, MeWantMoney2004, slaughtered at the border? Give me a friggin break with this crap. You come in illegal in my country, you deserve to be lit up by the M-2 .50 cal machine gun that my country has produced for over 60 years. You are invading a forgien country illegally. What do you think would happen if you and 5 of your friends tried to swim a river, jump TWO chainlink, concertina wire fences patroled by heavily armed men, and sneak into a forgien country. You think the border guards are going to call up a limo and escort you to the nearest 5 star hotel? No, you are going to be detained and probably sent back from whence you came. If you resist arrest, you might get a bad case of the acute lead poisoning. So sure let illegal Mexicans come on in. While we're at it, tell them to bring in some Afgans and Pakistani. Throw in some Jordanians just for good measure. Get lucid. We have controls for a reason. Once again, immigration is great, but do it LEGALLY!

I'd love to be able to feed and house and clothe everyone, but it's not possible. People look to the U.S. for a solution, and I can't blame them for that, but we don't begin to have the resources to feed and house and clothe and employ EVERYBODY in the world, and I think it's time we quit trying before we end up in the same situation they are in.

How can you love your neighbor when they live in your own home ..when they have broken into your home and are robbing your house .
But they do take the advice and love their neighbor - that is why christians are so over represented in the divorce courts!!!
